If you would like to join a usergroup please send the requests in or ask me directly - I have set up groups for each Guild as well as for Guild Leaders and Guild Officers. Leaders and Officers will have some moderator rights in the forums and access to group messages between officers and leaders regarding moderation of the forum. As not everyone is on the forum we will save any alliance or guild matters for PSN chat for now.
I'll modify the page to remove ex-alliances and update guilds in the next couple of days.
